The focus of our efforts is to meet all relevant external and internal requirements.
The DIN ISO 9001:2000 standards have been implemented in our company as the basis for quality assurance. Mack GmbH has also been certified in accordance with the
DIN ISO 14001 environmental management guidelines. As a multi-certified company, we are one of a very small handful of automotive suppliers who can verify compliance with such high environmental standards. To close the remaining gaps left by the certificates, we have also introduced a proprietary production system - the MACK PRODUCTION SYSTEM (MPS). Our key objective of this is to engage all departments and all employees in a process of continuous improvement and innovation in keeping with the KAIZEN philosophy. To this end, all relevant characteristic data is acquired within the departments and visualized for each department. To ensure successful implementation, management personnel are provided with a variety of guidelines ranging from "Health Management" and "Communication and Leadership" to "Tools" and "Work Assessment".
